In order to keep my users from reporting phishing with the Phin Report Phishing button in Outlook, I had to remove the Microsoft Report button. This has been successful so far, but we no longer have the capability to report Junk Mail to Microsoft. Reporting mail as junk helps Microsoft tune our SPAM filters, so this is a capability that we should definitely have. If I re-enable the Microsoft Report button, which is used for both phishing and junk mail reporting, users will start using that button and stop using the Phin Report Fishing button.
