Support informed us that this works one way where if a PhinBox email alert closes out, it will close a ConnectWise ticket associated with it but it doesn't work the other way around. Since our engineers typically work out of ConnectWise using the Phin pod, we think having it integrate the other way around would be very useful.

Closing tickets in CW does not resolve the submission in the Phinbox IQ tab in Phin. They are not aligned. So if a tech closes a ticket from a reported email in CW, it is still unresolved for someone looking at the Phin portal.
