Reassign Learning Moments to users who don't complete them.

I agree that there needs to be some type of remediation for those that don't complete the immediate learning moment. While I understand the importance of them immediately completing the learning moment, some users simply don't do it, and when a report is delivered to a manager, that manager sees a poor grade and wants the user to fix their mistake to increase their score. Since there is no way to prevent the user from leaving the learning moment when immediately assigned, there must be an alternative way to fix their mistake and increase the grade, either through the LMS or an additional, longer training (that would encourage them to do the regular learning moment in real time) in order to satisfy leadership within these companies. Searching for a phishing simulation email from an unfamiliar domain will not be an effective use of our users' time. As a new tech company delivering Phin to customers, I foresee this being a point of contention with our users if an alternative is not identified. Only being able to go back to the original email, without informing them that is the only option, is not acceptable for our users.

Agree that learning moments should be available to complete at a later time. The point of learning moments is corrective training. If it is not available at a later time and a user does not complete it immediately, what is the point? There is no correction provided for those not meeting the standard!

Same here, there needs to be some kind of option to either make sure that users can return to learning moments if they don't do it immediately. If anything, we need to be able to have an easy way to enroll them in a training course when the learning moment is skipped either by moving them to a group or by selecting a training in the campaign builder for this scenario.
