Other vendors have a "welcome" and "phish report" button training video. Usually, a very short video to into them to the platform and explain what the phish report button does and how/when to use it. This should be a training (not just a link to a video on a support site) so that clients can verify that employees have taken the training. This is especially important for new hires who have never had SAT or are not familiar with a phishing email.
