Create Better Role Based Access Control (RBAC)

I want the ability to have more granular control on roles and permissions for admins, so they can access certain parts of the platform and not others. They wanted in particular a "reporting" admin that can only mess with reporting section of the platform.

Agreed. I would love to have a role that could view the users, campaigns, reports, etc., but not be able to make any changes (e.g. Account Managers). It would also be nice to be able to have a Accounting user that can read the Billing section, but cannot make changes.

We have service desks that are divided up by region, so it would also be useful to be able to assign groups to the customers and restrict the Standard and Account Manager access to specific groups. Being able to do this via Entra group would be the cherry on top.
