Report Phish Button

Please add mobile support for your Report-a-Phish button. We have many clients who use outlook on their mobile devices and we would like continuity between their outlook environments.

We think it would be useful to have an optional text field for the person reporting a phish button to ask them why they want to report the item whether it be a phishing/spoofing attack or whether it is merely junk mail that they don't want.

Currently, the button does not present itself when accessing a shared mailbox.

Google Workspace needs a way to report phishing emails directly back to Phin so the client can view who is properly reporting phishing emails.

Phin Support for Ticket #46102060857 - advised to open feature request for phin button to send original email instead of EML file as attachment.

Half of my user base uses mobile devices, and Phin's Report Phishing add-in isn't available for them. The other option is for them to forward a suspecting phishing email as an attachment to a shared mailbox that I've setup. Would it be possible for Phin to monitor that mailbox for reporting and feedback purposes?

Is it possible to modify the popup message receive after clicking the report-a-phish button. We want our end users to call the sender of the email to verify the email they received was legitimate. If they find out the sender was compromised or they hear the email was sent to several people in our organization to call the help desk immediately for remediation.

In order to keep my users from reporting phishing with the Phin Report Phishing button in Outlook, I had to remove the Microsoft Report button. This has been successful so far, but we no longer have the capability to report Junk Mail to Microsoft. Reporting mail as junk helps Microsoft tune our SPAM filters, so this is a capability that we should definitely have. If I re-enable the Microsoft Report button, which is used for both phishing and junk mail reporting, users will start using that button and stop using the Phin Report Fishing button.
