I’m a solo MSP. Because I don't have a team, my time is incredibly limited. I don't have the luxury of spending hours digging into individual client tabs to see how they’re doing. I need a modern landing page that lets me see who needs help at a glance, so I can fix problems and move on with my day. Right now, Phin’s main landing page is stale and outdated. It has kept the same basic look for years, and it doesn't give me the quick, high-level overview I need to see how all my client companies are performing across the board. I need a landing page that actually gives me quick insights when I log in, specifically focusing on SAT Training Progress and Phishing Training Progress. I'd love to see a few things. First, the "Biggest Sinners" leaderboard: A landing page widget that shows the worst-performing overall users and companies. I want to see at a glance which companies are failing the training quizzes, who isn't even watching the training videos, and who keeps clicking the phishing links. Second, I'd like to see unified progress trackers: Simple, clean visual indicators (mini pie charts, perhaps) showing overall training completion rates right next to ongoing phishing campaign stats for each client on one single screen. Finally, I'd like to see one-click actions: The ability to quickly send a reminder or dive into a specific company's trends straight from that main landing page. I’d love to be able to drill down and see who in the companies are failing and be able to generate a quick report complete with the failure information that I can copy and paste into an email to send to the company contact. Consider companies like Proofpoint—they rested on their laurels, kept the same stale interface for years, and are now losing clients to more progressive vendors in the email security space – even you are living proof of this with the email security gateway you are putting together. Progressive vendors win because they understand that helping the MSP manage the site better and get quick insights is just as important as the security product itself. If you don’t make these changes, you’ll gain clients with the email security gateway, but lose the ones you have on SAT. LEARN FROM PROOFPOINT! Right now, Phin doesn't really provide a roadmap of the changes you're making, so it's hard to tell where the UI is heading. I chose Phin because of its quality content and ease of use which helps me, the solo MSP, operate quickly. To keep that edge, the dashboard needs to be updated, so a single operator like me can log in, spot the problems in 5 seconds, and take action. I'd love to see Phin provide a roadmap and to see these changes on it. Thank you for your consideration!
