Reporting and Analytics

I cannot get a report (or a section of a report) that shows ONLY the people with outstanding training they must complete. Currently, I need to teach my clients how to sift through the "Users to Watch" table in their reports to pick out these people, or I have to sift through the users and send them a separate email with those people. It would be much more convenient to have a "Users with Outstanding Training" table I can include that would have the date the training was assigned and how overdue it was. We've been hoping to see an alternative role to provide points of contact for customers within their Phin tenant without giving them admin permissions. I think customers would sing your praises and be Phin promoters even more if they could get in to view their phishing/training results on demand rather than having to wait for weekly reports, add/sleep users, especially if they could also see available training content and phishing templates to get excited about company-specific templates.

I want a scheduling tool that if a user hasn't completed a training in "X" days we send an additional reminder to the user, then if that exceeds a certain threshold it can notify a different email account say like HR.

I want ability to toggle off the "letter grade" on the reports

Please add the ability to set the date of the 1st Report. The problem is all of our clients get a blank report on the 1st report because their campaigns have not started yet. They always reach out to us wanting to know why there is no data on the report.

In training analytics, it would be nice to see 'my campaigns' with a list of all the campaigns we have run in the anayltics sections. Instead I see a list of all trainings courses, and have to go to campaigns see my list, and back to analytics... better yet, maybe have a link to analytics next to each campaign name in the campaign section. same things goes for phishing information. its hard to get to the analytics for each campaign.

I want US based timestamps or match the timezone set in the platform for reports instead of UTC, so clicks and other data match the platform.

On the monthly & weekly performance summary reports that go out to our clients, is there a way that we can remove the "Phishes reported" gauge/ row? We don't account for this data, so it really just confuses our clients. Thank you!
