Why can't reports be fully customized? That seems like such a basic feature. It doesn't appear that we're able to add single/specific users nor are we able to add which courses haven't been completed in the reports. Instead, we have to dig into that specific user which is unnecessarily complicated.
Please configure the reports so that they are fully customizable at the admins discretion. The inability to do so is really quite remarkable for this type of product in this day and age.

Agreed - today the Management Reports are useful, but when you have a tiered structure, the top level manager is not getting the data for all their team. Would like to be able to customize reports so that we can send specific users to specific people on a scheduled basis.

Why does this not exist yet? Can we get an official response as to when this will be available?
