Why can't reports be fully customized? That seems like such a basic feature. It doesn't appear that we're able to add single/specific users nor are we able to add which courses haven't been completed in the reports. Instead, we have to dig into that specific user which is unnecessarily complicated.

Please configure the reports so that they are fully customizable at the admins discretion. The inability to do so is really quite remarkable for this type of product in this day and age.
